Anna Sassi Design is a design studio specialising in textile design and prints. We offer products for sale on our website, and work on commissioned and freelance projects. The Website allows you to browse Anna Sassi Design digital products, physical products and services.

The Website is operated by Anna Sassi (ABN 37 184 113 990) t/a Anna Sassi Design. Access to and use of the Website, or any of its associated Products and Products and Services, is provided by Anna Sassi Design. Please read these terms and conditions carefully. By using, browsing and/or reading the Website, this signifies that you have read, understood and agree to be bound by the Terms. If you do not agree with the Terms, you must cease usage of the Website, or any of Products and Services, immediately. Anna Sassi Design reserves the right to review and change any of the Terms by updating this page at its sole discretion.

The Anna Sassi Design Website, all of the Products and Services and all of the related products of Anna Sassi Design are subject to copyright. This includes but is not limited to: art works, text, images, graphics and logos owned by Anna Sassi Design. If this is breeched Anna Sassi Design will seek further action. The contents of our website are intended solely for your personal, non-commercial use. This site or any portion of this site may not be reproduced, duplicated, copied, sold, re-sold or otherwise exploited for any commercial purpose that is not permitted by the owners of Anna Sassi Design.

Lead times

Please note that all our products are printed to order. The approximate lead time is 14 days. If there are any delays we will advise you immediately.

Colour accuracy and quality assurance

We print with the latest digital technology and are confident the colour accuracy between batches is very high. However given the nature of our production process, colour and texture variation can occur. We follow the industry standard 5% allowance for these types of variation. If you have any concerns that there are flaws within your order please contact us within 7 days of receipt. No claims can be accepted after this period. Please note also, once items have been cut and or manufactured no returns or fault claims can be accepted. The colour on your monitor, tablet or phone will differ from the actual product. For the most accurate representation of colour, please contact us to obtain physical samples.

Delivery and acceptance of goods

You will be asked to sign a Proof of Delivery docket when our goods are delivered to you. Damages to goods must be noted on the Proof of Delivery docket or notified in writing to us within 7 days of delivery and returned within 14 days. If you subsequently find you have received faulty goods you should contact us regarding our return requirements. If no one was available to accept deliveries between the time 8:00am to 5:00pm Monday to Friday, then re-delivery fees may apply.

International orders

In countries other than Australia or New Zealand, your order may be subject to the customs fees, import duties and taxes of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are the recipient's responsibility. International delivery times are not guaranteed and are subject to customs clearance delays.

Refund policy

Services
Unless agreed otherwise, Anna Sassi Design will only provide you with a refund of the Services Fee in the event they are unable to continue to provide the Services or if the manager of Anna Sassi Design makes a decision, at its absolute discretion, that it is reasonable to do so under the circumstances.

Online products
Anna Sassi Design does not provide returns on a change of mind basis, as these items are made to order. Anna Sassi Design will only accept the return of any goods by prior arrangement and provided goods are returned within 14 days where the packaging is unopened and goods remain in a saleable condition. You acknowledge and agree that you are liable for any postage and shipping costs associated with any refund pursuant to this clause. If you would like to return a product, please e-mail hello@annasassi.com with the reasons behind your desire to exchange. If you’re unhappy with your order for another reason, we would love to hear from you and will try to help.

Fabric and wallpaper
Before cutting your order please check you have received the correct designs and colours. Our textiles and wallpapers are made to order, in small batch quantities with both natural and synthetic fibres. Irregularities especially in our natural bases such as variations in colour and weave, slubs, bars and printing are not considered defective but part of the character that makes our collection special. These character markings will not be considered as returns or refunds. Given the nature of our production process colour and texture variation can occur. Warranty and guarantee

Online products
We place the highest importance on supplying your order correctly and that it is of acceptable quality. If we have supplied it incorrectly or it is of unacceptable quality, we will either replace it with the correct item or refund the full cost of your order plus any costs associated with returning it to us. Refunds/replacements/credits cannot be arranged until we have received and inspected the returned order.

Fabric and wallpaper
Anna Sassi Design accepts no responsibility for damage, disintegration or loss arising from abuse, misuse, vandalism, burns, cuts, punctures, incorrect or inappropriate upholstering, installation or maintenance. The warranty does not apply to fabric to which any third-party treatment or finish, including any backing process, has been applied and does not extend to use other than that by the original end-use customer. In addition, Anna Sassi Design does not accept liability for consequential loss or costs arising from fabric failure including additional labour and manufacturing costs, delivery charges or other loss of profit. Where Anna Sassi Design is found in breach of this warranty, Anna Sassi Design will repair or, at its discretion replace, the affected fabric, subject to its receipt of a prompt written notice including a copy of the purchase invoice within the warranty period. Furthermore, to verify the claim we may need two 30 x 30cm sized samples clearly showing the claimed failure to test. All fabric failures are returned to our suppliers to be tested as part of our joint ongoing quality assurance and for this reason claims may not be finalised until the fabric has been tested.

Please be assured that Anna Sassi Design recognises the importance of privacy. We will only seek information that is required to conduct our business. Your personal information is collected to enable us to process orders, deliver goods and/ or to inform you of special promotions. If you receive any promotional material from us and do not wish to do so, simply click 'unsubscribe'. Anna Sassi Design will not disclose, sell or trade your personal information to any third parties, other than third party suppliers in the delivery of goods you have agreed to, or when legally required.
